Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with and well resourced Kitchen. Separate toilet nearby the lounge and kitchen! Master bedroom with ensuite. Second bedroom with two spacious beds in the form of attractive bunkbeds also with ensuite. Small study with sofa that’s converts to a three-quarter size bed and basic ensuite. Double study space for those people needing to work away from home. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is a single bedroom (sofa bed) / Study with basic ensuite.

You will be close to everything when you stay here including being 5 mins walking distance a small Carrefour supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, private and public beaches, hotels, restaurants and bars located at Yas Plaza, Yas Bay (15 min walk) and Yas Marina (25 mins walk), Yas Mall (10 mins drive) and many local attractions including Ferrari world, Seaworld etc (10 mins drive).
