The fine print

Must-know information for guests at this property

The full amount of the stay is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client's arrival.

The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

The hotel reserves the right to use the credit card provided at the time of the booking, solely for the booking payment. Our hotel team will contact you if any validation is required.

A minimum length of 3-night stay is required for à la carte usage, and arrival date dining is at the Turquoise all-day-dining restaurant.

New Year's Eve dinner is compulsory; rates on 31 December include the Gala Dinner Supplement of AED 2,250 per adult. Extra guest and children prices will be charged upon check-in. Child aged 03–11.99: AED 1,125 per child; children below 03 years are complimentary.

The room is available from 15:00.

The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

All-inclusive accommodation is free for 1 child up to 12 years in Deluxe and Premium Rooms and 2 children up to 12 years in Suites and Villas.

Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged an additional AED 400 per night.
