The beach area and the private Residence * Laguna Blue" are located just south of the city of Durres. It's a long strip of sandy beach Beach is private and accessible only by the residents. Ithat is quite popular in the summer and full of umbrellas and activity. In winter months it is quiet and peaceful. Our Villa is has direct access to the walk path to the beach. Pines paradise creates a very comfortable micro climate in all the surrounding area. Cafes and restaurants can be found all around the area. The Residence is located in the beach village of Qerret, within a 5 min walk to grocery stores, ATM, bars and restaurants outside the residence. Tirana International Airport is 45 km away from the residence.
