Located on the fifth floor (please note, there is no elevator), the apartment is just 50 meters from the sea, providing easy access to the beach. This 2+1 apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony offering stunning sea views, and a second bedroom with three single beds and windows that also overlook the sea. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals, while the modern living area provides a comfortable space to relax, complete with a small balcony. The large bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities. Additionally, the apartment includes private parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind for guests with vehicles.
