It is just 5mins far from the city center and 10 mins far from the beach. Small villa located in a very peaceful neighborhood with a lot of guest houses and friendly people. Private parking is available and free of charge. Our family has lived in Ksamil since when this town was just a small village full of Fruit trees and virgin beaches. Many things have changed since then, but not our family tradition which is welcoming the guests and making them feel comfortable. So feel free to Book with us. Other services provided from us at extra charges: -Private and customizable day trips all around Albania -Paddle tour around islands of Ksamil -Airport transfer (pick up and drop off) -Port transfer (pick up and drop off) -Laundry -Pre Ordered traditional lunches/dinner (at the house garden) Aleks Holiday Rooms welcomes you anytime.
