Antonio Rooms is a warm, family-run guesthouse in the seaside village of Qeparo, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian Sea from all three floors. Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with lemon, orange, olive, fig, pomegranate, persimmon, and prickly pear trees, the space feels peaceful and alive, with colorful flowers and a unique banana tree completing the scenery. From every corner, the deep blue sea opens in front of you, with Corfu and nearby islands on the horizon. The house carries a deep family history. It was originally built by our grandparents in a rocky, difficult terrain, when everything had to be carried by hand or even with donkeys. Stones, sand, and materials were brought with great effort from the surrounding land and sea, slowly shaping a home rooted in patience, love, and persistence. Today, Antonio Rooms remains just a short walk from the beach (around 50 steps), with a private path through the garden leading directly to the sea — a place where nature, history, and sea views come together in quiet harmony.

Antonio Rooms is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Hostoni, a quiet and authentic area just outside the busy center of Qeparo. It enjoys a privileged position near the main coastal road that connects Qeparo with Borsh and also provides easy access to Upper Qeparo, one of the most traditional and historic parts of the village. Hostoni is known for its calm atmosphere, natural surroundings, and open views, making it an ideal location for guests seeking relaxation away from crowds. Despite its peaceful setting, it remains very well connected, allowing quick access to nearby beaches, villages, and local attractions along the Albanian Riviera. It is also one of the most photogenic areas of Qeparo. Many of the most iconic and widely shared photos of the village on the internet are taken from this neighborhood, thanks to its elevated position and stunning panoramic views over the Ionian Sea. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, wide coastal landscapes, and clear views stretching toward Corfu and the surrounding islands.
