Info The appartment is located 8 min walking distance from the beach. The apartment is new, all electrical appliances and furniture are new, installed in June 2023. It is located on the 4th floor of the building. The building has no lift at the moment. The interior area consists of about 100 m2 and a 30 m2 balcony overlooking the sea.have a 55" TV with Netflix paid from our side

There are many facilities near the appartment. The closest supermarkets are a 5 minutes walk, there is a Gym just 100m away.
