The apartment is fully renovated and furnished with all the necessary equipment. It is located very near to the center of Tirana (just 8 minutes by walk), in a very quite zone. In the center around of the 'Scanderbeg' Square, are located: The National Museum, The Opera House, The Culture Palace, The National Theater.

The building is accessible very fast to two main streets: 'Durresi' street and 'Kavaja' street. Nearby you will easy find the bakery, grocery and mini-markets, coffee/bar and restaurants, pizza, taxi, bus station, Catholic church, Orthodox church, Mosque, etc.
