The property is located in the center of the village Dhermi. It has a grocery store nearby and a pharmacy. You can be in the beach in about ten minutes by car. The building is brand new and has three apartments. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. As for the view third and second floor have sea view and the ground floor has garden view.
