On the 5th floor, there are two studio apartments (garzoniere), both with direct front-facing sea views. These apartments are simple, warm, and tastefully designed, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Each studio is ideal for a small family or couple, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay right by the sea. On the 8th floor, there are two larger apartments. One is a one-bedroom apartment (1+1), and the other is a two-bedroom apartment (2+1). Both enjoy beautiful sea views and feature side balconies where guests can relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Shëngjin is one of northern Albania’s most loved seaside destinations, known for its long sandy beaches, clear waters, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby you can also visit the famous natural beach of Rana e Hedhur, a unique spot surrounded by pine forests and sand dunes, offering a more peaceful and untouched atmosphere compared to the main beach. The location is also very close to the protected natural area of Kune-Vain Nature Park, a beautiful lagoon system rich in wildlife, birds, and unspoiled nature — perfect for nature walks, photography, and quiet escapes.
