A beautiful unique one floor villa with one of the most breathtaking 200 degrees sea view located on top of the peninsula residing between Potam Beach and Filikur Beach. Both unique turquoise colour Ionian Sea beaches located close to Villa. Villa is an open studio apartment including a separate sleeping room area, a multi-functional kitchen and an open living room. Living room has two full glass walls offering a marvelous view of the sea and the Himara bay. Villa includes a large open terrace with a private infinity pool.
