We are a small family-run business who started welcoming guests in 2006. We want our guests to learn more about the local culture: we are happy to offer advice on day excursions to local delicacies in the area guests. If you need anything during your stay we will be pleased to assist you — morning, noon or night!

Property info

The house is bright with high-ceilings and spacious private balconies, facing toward the Ceraunian mountains and the Ionian sea. Each apartment is equipped with a fully working kitchen and cooking utensils, new and comfortable furniture, plenty of storage space, powerful air conditioning and of course, free Wi-Fi. Adjoined to the house is also a secure, private parking space. The house has a green garden with tables and benches, where one can relax and inhale the crisp mountain air and smell the scent of wild sage. Nothing says summer quite like gathering for a barbecue, so for your convenience we offer several on-site amenities, such as a free BBQ area outdoors with a shelter. Neighborhood info

The Albanian Riviera is one of the most spectacular strips of land in Europe. Guest House Suga 1 is located in the lower part of Qeparo between Borsh and Himarë, facing the beautiful beach and the pedestrian walkway along the sea side. Within walking distance you can access the old dock as well as smaller, secluded beaches with crystal clear waters (don't forget your mask and enjoy the amazing underwater life!) Close by is the mountainous village of Qeparo, with its ancient stone houses, centennial olive trees and breathtaking views. Beyond the beach, our house is conveniently located for daily excursions, such as the Venetian Porto Palermo Castle.
