Our property is located right on the riverbank, allowing guests to enjoy the soothing sound of the water and a cool breeze throughout the day. The villa features a large garden where you can spend pleasant moments by the outdoor fireplace. What makes us most unique is our family hospitality: every morning we welcome guests with traditional, warm homemade breakfast, ensuring they feel right at home at any moment."

"Our neighborhood in Ndroq is a very peaceful, safe area surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Albanian countryside. Our location is strategic: we are close enough to Tirana and the Durrës coast for easy day trips, yet far from the city noise and pollution. The area is well-known for the historic Ndroq Castle and lush green landscapes with olive groves.Our guests can easily explore the most famous local spots located just a few minutes from the villa. Within a short distance, you can visit the well-known 'Ishulli i Luanëve' restaurant, spend a relaxing day in nature at 'Park Ashik' complex, or enjoy traditional dishes at the unique amphitheater-shaped agritourism 'Kështjella M&D'. It is the ideal location to enjoy nature and excellent local food!"
