Villa "Niko Aristidh Ali" offers you the perfect location for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in the Albanian Coast. Enjoy spectacular sea view, proximity to beach and quietness. The villa is located only 20 km from Saranda and you can easily reach some of the most famous beach/places like Borsh, Dhermi, Himare & Qeparo in less than 1 hour. Bunec beach is only 10 minutes drive away. The village itself is located in the top of the hill and offers you a breathtaking view of the Ionian sea and Corfu island. If you are a fan of trekking, you can visit the Monastery of Kremanova which is only 30 minutes walk from the village. The Villa itself has a fantastic location just in the center of the village. It' s fully furnished with a huge open plan living and manicured garden. The Villa and the outdoor area can be accessed with no limits from our guests. In the spacious outdoor area you can relax and sunbath with a magnificent sea view and a glass of your favorite drink or you can a have a barbecue. In the garden you will find organic fruits and vegetables of the season and it is all for free. We have two rescued dogs that stay in the villa.

In front of the villa there is a tavern where you can have local dishes at very low prices. There is also a roof top bar with a fabulous view. All inhabitants of the village are very friendly and cordial. As the Villa is located in the main road connecting Saranda to Vlora, you can access the public transportation quite easily. There are frequent buses connecting these two cities and they stop in every village.
