One level beach house offers: Spacious living room, kitchen and a bathroom with shower that is just being renovated. Room # 1: Master bedroom with a queen size bed. Room #2 : Two single beds that can be attached to each other and make it king size bed, plus one single bed like a drawer. One more person can be accommodated in the living room.
