Originally from Páros, Greece, where he grew up working in hospitality, he moved to the UK in 2018 to further develop his management and business skills. Over the years, Rafael has successfully overseen new store openings, international pop-ups, staff training, and operational growth for well-known hospitality brands in London. He is now developing his own ventures, including Casa del Blanco a collection of modern, minimalist coastal villas in Ishull-Shëngjin, Albania, reflecting his signature approach to design: elegant, clean, and timeless. With a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, Rafael blends Mediterranean warmth with refined modern hospitality.
