Property info

The property is a two floor private villa, located in a very enviable neighborhood in Shkoder for its location. The building itself is around 200 years old, with a traditional building style of that time. In the upper floor are located three rooms and one toilette, and on the ground floor you can find another couple of rooms, the main toilette, a shared kitchen and the common sitting areas. It's hidden location from the main street "Edith Durham", will offer you relaxation feelings and good connection to the famous pedestrian street "Pedonalja rruga Idromeno". Enjoy your stay with us!

Neighborhood info

There are several bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the near. This part of the town is very preferable for its location and facilities. You can also find bike and car rentals within walking distance. Just by walking approximately 2 minutes you can reach the pedestrian street, or basically the city center.
