This is a wonderful property. I grew up at this house! It comes as a 1-store villa with a patio and a terrace! The garden has a variety of orange and lemon trees. It also has different flowers all over the place (which you need to take care of, love especially in summertime during your stay :). The house was totally renovated in April 2025 with a very unique and special decor from the inside, as well as patio furniture for the terrace and garden outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, and the other room has 2 single beds. The living room is equipped with a double-piece sofa with can perfectly fit one grown adult and a small child! So this would make a total of 4 Adults and 2 children! This will make a very good stay in Tirana, especially for its unique location.

I have a family of 4, including my beautiful wife, Ona, and 2 kids boy, George, and a girl, Sofi! I studied Electrical Engineering, and now I own a company in which we take care of digital marketing and strategic marketing! I'm a very bright person, and I love taking care of people and giving them the experience they need to know Tirana and Albania better! The neighbourhood is very special. This is one of the last neighbourhoods left standing as private villas, as everything in Tirana is getting built up! It is located right next to the Mimoza Square, next to the Ministry of Education. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre! It's extremely quiet for Tirana! It has a private entrance, which makes it unique! If you come in early springtime, end of January till mid-February, you will smell the mimosa trees all over the neighbourhood! After that every house in this neighbourhood has Orange or Lemon trees, which in March until Mid May the smell amazing! But there are also a lot of bees, in case you don't touch them, they won't hurt you, but if you try to play with them, they will hurt and sting you :)
