Living in the Residence Shopi is like staying in your home. Everything is very comfortable, quiet, accommodation in new furniture, elevator, secure parking, and a few meters away from restaurants, bars, shopping malls and supermarkets.

These fantastic apartments are located at the entrance of the city of Elbasan, in the residence complex Rezidenca Shopi. It is on the main road and easy to find by foreigners. The building is new and has a modern elevator, which uses code only from the residents of the building. There are free space for construction and clients offering free parking for free, with access to the remote control, so that each resident feels comfortable and secure. Every apartment we offer is pleasant and comfortable enough to live. The 100 square meter Family Two bedrooms Apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 big balconie. While the 40 square meter One bedroom apartment, has a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony. Studio apartment 30 square meter has two single beds(became one double) and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony. Each apartment has a very nice kitchenette with all cooking accessories, dining table with chairs, a bathroom and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have a drink or your own meals. Meals have an additional fee, are served packed in the room. The apartment has flat screen TV, WiFi, and iron. These two studios can be together with a connecting door, if you want this you have only to choose 2 bedrooms studio. You will feel in home and love it.
