The studio apartment comprises a 37 m² open-plan room, a bathroom and a balcony with direct sea views. The kitchen and dining area feature a sofa bed, suitable for two children or one adult. The sleeping area offers a double bed, a bedside table, a small desk and a large wardrobe. We are a family of 5 who decided to buy a place of our own near the sea. While we are not there, we will be happy to host you.
Apartment is located on the beautiful Adriatic coastline in Golem, Albania, the apartment is just 20 minutes from Durrës city center, 35 minutes from Mother Teresa International Airport, and 40 minutes from the center of Tirana by car.
