The villa has 2 apartments that are composed of 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom. The apartments have sea views and a spacious balcony. The capacity of the villa is for 8 people. The villa has an outdoor dining area, snack bar, swimming pool, panoramic terrace, free-wifi, free-parking, barbeque, snack bar and a magnificent view of the mountain and the sea.
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, near the Vlora tunnel, in the hilly area of ​​Lungomare 3.
