This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Its located just 10 min walk outside the town centre making it more peaceful and quiet at night. The kitchen if fully equipped with new appliances including a new fridge, oven and a new dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The living room has a tv and a brand new a/c which cools the apartment immediately. The best thing in the living room is the door that leads to the balcony. The balcony goes all around the front of the house allowing you to admire the breathtaking views. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one designed as a primary bedroom and the other as a kids' bedroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable double bed, lots of closet space and a new A/C unit installed. The highlight of this room, however, is the double doors that lead directly onto the balcony and that stunning view of the Ionian sea. The kids bedroom has a bunkbed and also a cot for younger children. It also includes some educational toys and books in many different languages! The apartment has shutters on all windows and balcony doors, that open and close easily, to help with cancelling out noises and brightness. This is ideal for anyone who wants some peace and quiet. Private Parking is no longer available with the apartment.

The apartment is located between town of Himara and Potami area. Both places are walking distance away. On either side you can find shops, restaurants, beaches etc. The old Castle of Himara is about 10-12 minutes drive but if you prefer walking that’s possible too. The best time to visit the castle is late afternoon so you can enjoy the wonderful sunset over the Ionian sea. Palermo Castle is another lovely landmark to visit, to drive there it would take about 20 minutes, walking there would be a bit more trickier as there is no pavement.
