The apartment is fully renovated in 2023. It has everything bought new in 2023. A stylish cozy apartment in the center of the city. Apartment is fully thermal insulated and has triple thermal windows. The apartment is flooded with sunlight. Its 2minutes in foot from the biggest Cathedral in Balkans (Cathedral of Shën Shtjefnit)and the histrorical and oldest street G'juhadol. You have everything near , you have supermarket SPAR across the street, fruit&vegetables shop down apartment , many fancy coffe shops and restaurants near. close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The apartment will be at your fullest private disposal. Its on first floor of a building without an elevator.
