Property info

Alpine Villas Arlon is located in the center of the tourist village of Gjinari, 3 minutes on foot from the main road. The village is half an hour from Elbasan city and just an hour from Tirana. The villas are surrounded by tall pines, quiet nature and fresh air where the comfort of the alpine style is pleasantly interwoven with the modern one. The villas have a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large garden( where you can organize your parties in the garden of the villas, barbecue or sport activity). One villa can comfortably accommodate 4 people (the villa has a double bed and a sofa double bed). Feel at home using the kitchen with all the kitchen tools of the Arlon villas, you can organize a barbecue or order from nearby restaurants. The villas offer free internet, free parking, TV, stove and airconditioning.

Neighborhood info

Gjinari is one of the villages that is part of the 100 tourist villages project and is located 30 minutes from Elbasan and 1 hour from Tirana. The village of Gjinar is surrounded by a mountainous landscape, where forests, beautiful nature and cultural and culinary heritage intertwine. Some of the cultural heritage attractions of the village are Mali i Bukanik, a destination for the sport of hiking; the church of Saint Kolli, for whose frescoes the most famous Albanian iconographer Onufri worked; Valeshi Church or Saint Friday Church; Gjinari Church, or even natural monuments such as Dushku i Lleshan, a centuries-old tree, protected by the state; the canyons of Valesh and Selta and the lake of Pashtresh, just 5 minutes driving from th villas.
