Vila Amantia
A stone villa with a great view with 4 apartments. The villa is situated 320 m. ebove sea level in the historical village of Kanina. The village has several small shops and restaurants. Going down to Vlorë takes about 10 minutes by car.
Vila Amantia is owned by Albanian honorary consul Hans-Georg Nielsen LLM who lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. The villa is managed by Ermal Licaj who lives in Fier, Albania. Arber Xhindi, who lives in Vlora and was born in Kanina, takes care of security, garden and water supply.
The historical village of Kanina. The villa is situated about 600 mter from the Kanina castle ruin. The village has several restaurants and shops.
