Villa Abiori is located in Ksamil. Ksamil is a tourist resort on the Ionian Sea coast frequented by Albanian and foreign tourists. It is located near the ancient town of Butrint and 17 km from Saranda. The real coastal village, built in 1966, is located south of the city of Saranda, in the direction of Butrint. Ksamil is part of the Butrint National Park and consists of two urban centers, Ksamil and Manastir. Among the most impressive attractions from the tourist point of view are the islands of Ksamil.
