Welcome to our cozy villa where you will feel and spend your holidays as great as they can be!! Located in Ksamil, 350 metres from Sunset Beach and 3 km from Butrint National Park, Villa Festim provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. It's a really nice place in a very quiet and fancy neighbourhood. It is a grounder and upper floor villa in which you will have so many opportunities to enjoy yourselves. Garden and terrace is also available in every apartment in the villa as well as different Albanian traditional plants and many more. It's perfectly suitable for families with children as well as couples. Apartments are equipped with any facilities you might need as well as perfectly sized. Judging by the experience we have with hosting, we are pretty sure that you will have an unforgettable vacation in our apartments. Can't wait to meet you! The villa provides guests with a balcony, lake views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with bidet. Fishing, Snorkelling and many more WATER SPORTS can be enjoyed nearby!!!
