Welcome to our newly built, modern villa located in beautiful Përmet – a peaceful town known for its natural hot springs, river views, and warm hospitality. Our villa offers elegant and spacious rooms for rent, perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Each room is tastefully designed with large windows, plenty of natural light, and direct access to the garden.

Neighborhood info

Our villa is located just outside the town of Përmet, in a quiet and natural area surrounded by mountains, olive trees, and fresh air. We’re only a short drive (5 mins) and 20 min by feet from the center of Përmet, but even closer to one of the region’s most famous spots — the Benja Thermal Baths and Langarica Canyon. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to relax, explore nature, and enjoy peace away from the crowds. You’ll find hiking trails, rivers, and stunning views all around.
