Situated in a quiet zone, just a brief five-minute drive from Borsh Beach, each of our apartments boasts captivating views of the sea, mountains, and gardens. With proximity to the national road, we ensure convenient access to some of Albania's most stunning beaches along the riviera, including Llaman Beach, Bunec Beach, Porto Palermo Beach, Lukova Beach, and Livadh Beach—all within a scenic 20 to 30-minutes drive. The vibrant town of Saranda awaits only 50 minutes away. For those seeking cultural immersion and historical exploration, the verdant hills surrounding Borsh reveal treasures like the Borsh Castle, perched 500 meters above sea level. Additionally, historical landmarks such as Porto Palermo Castle and Qeparo Old Village are easily reachable from Villa Pargua. If your journey involves air travel, the Tirana International Airport is a convenient 3 hours and 30 minutes drive from our property.
