Enjoy a peaceful retreat just 2 minutes from the heart of Shkoder! Our apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious living room. Stay cool or warm with air conditioning and take in the beautiful view from the balcony. Located right in front of St. Francis Church, the neighborhood is quiet and secure, providing a relaxing atmosphere. While the city center’s lively energy is just steps away, our apartment remains a private oasis. Traffic is minimal at night, and the area is not crowded, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. You’ll be surprised by the contrast between the vibrant city streets and the peaceful comfort of this central yet secluded home.

I have started hosting 3 years ago in the same building as this apartment. My first hosting experience started with a smaller apartment as this one and I decided to take all the reviews in consideration and provide a better experience in the new place, which is still in the same building but a bigger apartment. Together with my knowledge in tourism and working with the creation of the tourist information website visitShkoder, I can provide information about all the activities, information and tours happening in Shkoder.

The apartment is located in front of St. Francis Church. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Sometimes during the weekend there might be some music playing on the center, which can be heard with windows open, but with ac and windows closed is perfectly isolated. There is not much traffic going on during night, mostly during day and the apartment is a bit private, so you might not see crowds of people walking inside. You will be surprised by the difference between the crowds and the loudness of the main roads and the quietness of the apartment, even though its in the center.
