Ruzan Guesthouse is a family-run guesthouse located in the peaceful town of Yeghegnadzor, in the heart of Armenia's Vayots Dzor region. Since 2008, we have been welcoming travelers into our family home, offering warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and an authentic local experience.
The guest rooms are situated on the second floor of our traditional family house, surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with trees, flowers, and greenery. Guests can relax in a quiet atmosphere while enjoying views of the city and surrounding mountains from the balcony.
A homemade breakfast is served daily, and traditional Armenian dinners prepared by the host can be arranged upon request. Guests who wish to experience local life are welcome to join seasonal family activities such as fruit harvesting, collecting fresh eggs, baking traditional Armenian gata, or learning about homemade vodka production and tasting.
Ruzan Guesthouse is an ideal base for exploring the Vayots Dzor region. We are happy to recommend wineries, monasteries, hiking trails, cultural attractions, and hidden local gems based on our guests' interests. The center of Yeghegnadzor is about a 20-minute walk away, while a stadium suitable for walking and sports activities can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. We speak Armenian, English, Russian, and French.
