Brand new apartments in Sevan city, with the latest renovation in cozy modern classic style. Friendly hosts will meet you with a bottle of sparkling or delicious pomegranate wine with tasty seasonal Armenian fruits.
For your complete relaxation, there is the city beach of Lake Sevan within walking distance (7 minutes’ walk directly from apartments) and the central street, with the interchange to the Tsakhkadzor ski resort (about 28m). The Sevan mountains are located in 10 minutes by car, which you can easily conquer and admire the view from above. Also, you can find the main attraction of the city of Sevan - Sevanavank Monastery (10 minutes by car)
We will provide you with clean linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers and hygiene items for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee, fruits, Armenian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The apartments are located in one of the most popular areas of Sevan for touristic holidays. It has a convenient interchange to other resort cities of Armenia, as well as the Sevan-Yerevan highway is nearby. There is a supermarket right under the house where you can buy everything you need. Across the road, there is a beauty salon where you will be provided with all the necessary professional services. 10 minutes from the apartments, there is the main city market, where you can buy all the delicious Armenian fruits, vegetables, spices and sweets. In walking distance (7 minutes on foot) there is the city beach of Lake Sevan, where you can spend a wonderful vacation on free sun loungers and swim in the pure water of the lake.
