Welcome to beautiful Dilijan. Our three storey spacious villa is an oasis of calm. The atmosphere of the house naturally supports focus, relaxation, and inner balance. A perfect base for travellers who like to interact with others in common areas as well as those who only want a clean and modern bedroom and facilities, a hot shower and a comfortable bed to sleep in after a day of exploration, sunbathing and swimming. Food delivery is available from nearby restaurants. You can request home-cooked meals (vegetarian meals are also a available upon request) prepared with care in the property's kitchen or use the barbeque in the garden if you bring your own charcoal (wood costs 2,000 AMD and we can order it for you and have it delivered). The price for a standard breakfast is 2,500 AMD and 3,500 AMD for an upgraded breakfast (the latter includes homemade cured meats and porridge or buckwheat as per your choice). Barbeque dinners are prepared by our talented chef and his helper. The price is 9,000 AMD for Menu # 1 ; Grilled beef/chicken/pork + organic salads + village bread, cheese and yoghurt + grilled or puree potatoes + homemade chacha or cognac + dessert and/or seasonal fruit + tea or coffee. The price for Menu # 2 is 14,000 AMD. It includes all of the above and the beef/pork/chicken is substituted by fresh lamb with carrots and rice (plov) or trout fish on the grill. Those who opt for Menu # 2 should inform us before 13:00 because the trout must be ordered from Lake Sevan and lamb is provided by a local who grazes sheep. Our swimming pool is fully operational, has a hi tech filter system and you can swim in it until the end of September. One member of our team is always on site.

The villa is located in a quiet green area of Dilijan, surrounded by nature and forested hills. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and ideal for rest and recovery. We have CCTV with two cameras recording the street entrance and rice cameras recording the garden and our secured parking area. We have a large parking space so guests are always guaranteed a parking spot. A local grocery store is a 3 minute walk. Excellent local traditional bakeries and fruit and vegetable shops that sell local produce are 7 to 8 minutes walk (in the opposite direction to the center of town). The town center, cafés, and restaurants are easily accessible — a taxi ride is equivalent to only one Euro.
