Green Gables Bed and Breakfast is a small, family-run guesthouse located in the city of Martuni near the crossroads of the Sevan-Yeghegnadzor and Sevan-Vardenis-Artsakh highways which easily becomes the best place to spend the night for travellers. The guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the private guest house, where guests also have a bathroom and living room. The guesthouse has 5 bedrooms, furnished with 2 beds and 3 beds. The residence is suitable for both friends and tourists alike, as well as for travelling families. The guest house has a large backyard, garden, and parking spot. Our guests enjoy the warm hospitality and delicious food of a traditional Armenian family by experiencing at least 1 day of rural life and can participate in agricultural work if desired. The guest house is served homemade, traditional Armenian food typical for the Gegharkunik Region, prepared by the lady of the house. Our meals are prepared with natural, organic ingredients -- most of which are grown in our yard. Guests are welcome to participate with food preparation.

I am Satenik, the owner of the guest house. I like to cook delicious dishes for my family and our guests. Our goal is to create a warm family environment for our guests.

Guests are a 3-5 minute walk from supermarkets, food points and restaurants. Guests are only a 1 km walk away from Lake Sevan and anywhere from 2-20 km away from historic and cultural sites in our region such as churches, castle ruins, a 6,000 year old astronomical observatory, Armenia’s highest sanctuary, and Mount Armaghan – a dormant volcano with a lake on the peak of the mount. At the guests' request, we can provide excursions to these sites, tour guides and transportation, as well as hiking and cycling tours on the Agriji Plateau.
