Looking for a home-like place not far away from the busy center of Yerevan? The house is in a quiet location but only 15-minute walk away from the metro that can take you to downtown Yerevan. You will meet caring hosts from two generations having a deeper sense of how a traditional Armenian family lives. An extra bonus is the rooftop where you can do yoga, exercise, or just enjoy your morning coffee. Fun of stargazing? Our TELESCOPE NANO BRESSER will be at the top of your adventure list! Watch stars and even planets if you are lucky and the sky is clean. Eaaating! The most important! Vegetables and fruits are part of our breakfast menu. Enjoy! Have fun! And relax while doing your business! Welcome to Armenia! The land of apricots!
HOUSE RULES/GUEST HOUSE ARMINA
1. Smoking is allowed in all rooms. However, one can smoke only in his or her room with the doors closed and windows open. Smoking in common areas is not allowed.
2. Nobody is allowed to drink more than 2 shots of alcohol per day in the house.
3. The washing machine can be used once per week free of charge. Otherwise, there is a charge.
4. All rooms are single. Visits are allowed but not for a night stay,

On another note, please be informed that we take a photo of the front page of your passport. Also, we take the rent money in advance, on the first day of your arrival. Thank you for understanding.
The guest house is run by me and mom. We are a good team and provide comfort while never taking away from your privacy. I speak English, Armenian, Russian.
There are lots of shops around. The metro is 10-15 minutes walk away. There is also Tashir Pizza and Karas where you can eat if you don't want to cook at home.
