We are located at the foot of Kond — one of Yerevan’s oldest districts, with narrow streets and authentic architecture. There is no direct entrance from the house into Kond: to explore the historic district, you need to go down to the street and use nearby passages and stairs. This allows you to live comfortably in the city center while having immediate access to the historic streets whenever you wish.
