Hi, my name is Satenik, I have created Nature Rooms with heart. It is not just a project or a guest house for me, it is a place where I want to help you to get that much needed time for yourself, a true, authentic place far away from the noise of the world and cities. This is an oasis of serenity where my mission is to help you to find your inner peace, inspiration and joy. I live very close to the guest house and I am there to help you to enjoy your best time. Hosting is in my genes. My grandparents have been extremely hospitable people,I can tell the same for my parents. Now I have officially taken this into my full time job. After years of study and work in the capital city Yerevan and in Europe I am back to my home village with the purpose to contribute to its development. This guest house is also a social enterprise where I created a fund to support the youth in getting their dream education. I devoted myself to this project and I can not wait to welcome you-amazing people to my guest house.

Nature Rooms is an environmentally-friendly newly built guest house for nature lovers who value comfort and style. It offers 360-degree magnificent views over mountains and forests. The guests love the serenity and peace of this place that allows complete relaxation. The place is night sky perfect for stargazing or astrophotography. Bedrooms provide the best possible comfort with picture windows that showcase gorgeous views. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, a spacious living room, a library and office area. It is perfect for remote workers, writers, artists who are looking for a combination of inspiration and productivity. This place is specific as we don't have set breakfast time, we leave breakfast ingredients that are fresh village products in the kitchen and our guests have it at their preferred time and way. Guests can order lunch/dinner at an extra charge from our homemade cuisine. Food is mainly from local products produced by green, fair and sustainable ways. Here you can take the chance of a visit to a smart farm and take local tours/masterclasses. Request information about tours and masterclasses from the host. The host lives very close to the cabin and is providing all the possible support to guests.

Nature Rooms is located in village Martuni of Chambarak. Many confuse it with town Martuni that is again in Gegharkunik region, which is 2 hours drive from us. So check in the map first Chambarak and contact us for directions, as Google maps shows town Martuni, when you type Martuni or village Martuni on the map. The place is located at the beginning of the forest, which is a part of one of the districts of the village, reachable by car, roads are typical Armenian village roads, uneven and bumpy, about 1,5kms. It's an exceptional place with serenity, surrounded by trees and gorgeous mountain views and no one around. There is a forest, little rivulets, mountains and small waterfalls, all in a hiking distance. We got also our family farm very close to the guest house, from where you can enjoy fresh milk and dairy products. During your stay you can hike to Old Getik Monastery (known also as Karmir Yeghtsi or Khamshi Monastery 9th-12th century), hike to the ruins of the medieval White Castle or Aghjka Castel, drive to Aghavnavanq (about 18kms) and hike to Aghavnavanq Monastery (12th–13th century), Dilijan and Sevan are less than an hour drive from us. You can also book a masterclass in the village of artisan food, traditional Armenian cuisine, beekeeping. The place is rich in almost virgin nature and historical places. We also offer tours to some of the above mentioned destinations.
