**Please note - one of the twin bedrooms is in a separate unit in the same grounds as the house, it has it's own shower and bathroom, but the kitchen is inside the main house** When booking the house you get access to all parts - the garden, barbecue, the house and separate unit are all yours! ** A traditional Dilijan townhouse, recently renovated. The house combines the perfect mix of traditional design with modern facilities. Nestled in a gorge , surrounded by alpine forests, but just 5 minutes walk from the main Dilijan entry point - with the well known Cafe number 2 just minutes walk. The house is split into two parts, the main building has a double bedroom, and another smaller bedroom with bunk beds - sleeping 4 in total. A living room with smart TV, and a kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, washer dryer and all you need for cooking. The second part of the house is a twin bedroom, self contained - with its own separate bathroom. At the bottom of the garden is a beautiful river and you can use our barbecue area to cook and sit outside with a table and chairs for up to 6 guests.

The house is in Dilijan center, just 5 minutes walking from the Cafe#2, Main bus station, Sky Supermarket , etc. a slightly longer walk up the hill takes you to Sharambeyan street. Everything is within easy walking distance!
