The fine print
The road to the Ranger Campus Eco Lodge goes through the Caucasus Wildlife Refuge (CWR). CWR, the protected nature reserve in Ararat Province, is a 1,5 hours drive from Yerevan. The road to the lodge is going through the state reserve with the help of CWR rangers on 4x4 cars.
- If you have a 4x4 vehicle, our ranger can accompany you to the campus and accommodate you (For free).
- If your car is an ordinary car (not a jeep or 4x4), you can leave your car on our other cottage in CWR and then our ranger will take you to the Ranger Campus on his 4x4 car. The cost of transfer by one car is 7 000 AMD for one side.
Note: The road is not intended for regular cars as you will have to cross rivers and uneven roads to get the Ranger Campus.
