This gorgeous villa is located in the heart of Goght village, situated approximately 1,600 meters above sea level on the right bank of the stunning Azat River Canyon. The property is ideally positioned near the UNESCO World Heritage site of Geghard Monastery. The area is renowned for its scenic beauty, with nearby trails leading directly to the monastic complex. Additionally, the villa is just minutes away from other well historic gems, including the Garni Temple and Khosrov Forest State Reserve. The location is approximately 30 km from the center of Yerevan and 45 km from Zvartnots International Airport.
