The Villa is situated on the edge of a gorge of the right bank of the river Hrazdan, 27 km far from capital Yerevan on the way to the Agveran resort area of Kotayk region. I can meet and transport the guests from Airport which is approximately one hour way to the villa. Also I can arrange travelling all over Armenia and Artsax. I speak English and Russian and living nearby can help in every matter at any time
