Our luxurious five bedroom villa is located in Aygestan, a peaceful and safe area in the center of Yerevan city. The name Aygestan means "area of gardens" in Armenian 🌳, and this area used to be a mini-forest in the city many years ago. Although there are fewer trees now, the houses in Aygestan have kept their original form, so you can still see the old Yerevan in this area. There are many embassies in Aygestan, which makes it a very safe and quiet place to stay 🏰. It's a great location for relaxing, as you can hear birds singing 🐦, but still be close to the downtown area. The villa is a short 4-5 minute walk from large fruit shops, supermarkets, and many mini-markets 🛍️. You can also walk to Mellat Bank, Unibank's headquarters, the State University of Yerevan, Charents Street, or Sayat-Nova Street, all of which are just five minutes away on foot 🚶. If you want to explore the city, you can walk to the Opera, Cascade, Northern Avenue, or Vernissage Flea Market, which are all within a 20-25 minute walk 🚶‍♂️. You can also take a taxi by following the instructions provided in the villa, and your driver will be at your doorstep within a minute 🚕.
