Baires House is an Elegant French stlylish house renovated and well conserved in the centre of Buenos Aires. I have 6 wonderful Suites equipped with all the comfort. Wide common spaces, leaving-reading room and TV, tables, chairs and kitchen with the necessary appliances. Optimal for pleasure and business trips. EXCELLENT LOCATION: A few steps from Av. Corrientes, Callao and Rivadavia. Very close to the Economics and Medicine University. Subway lines "A" and "B" only 300mts far! Marbles, vitreaux, pinotea floors, moldings and bronze are some of the characteristics of this 1900`s property, declared historical heritage of the city. In the room you will find WiFi internet, air conditioning hot/cold, twin or Queen Size beds, digital safe box, LCD TV and a complete bathroom. You will have at your disposal ample common spaces, reading room and TV, tables, chairs and kitchenet with the necessary appliances (tableware, stove and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, among others) Included services: Internet WIFI Clean sheets, towels and bath towels 24hs hot water Weekly cleaning Electric power (service with consumption limit)
I´m Lucas! Argentinian, 31 years old. Lover of football, wine, "asado" (our typical food) and passionate about traveling. Together with my family we decided to recycle this Historical heritage House of Buenos Aires and turn it into a unique space for guests. Since I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese I love sharing talks with guests from all over the world. We are hospitable, attentive and with a great vocation for service. We will be happy to receive you! I try to be flexible with the schedules whenever I can. I do not have many rules, I trust that my guests are respectful and take care of both their rooms and common spaces, maintaining order and taking care of cleanliness for a harmonious and happy coexistence among all! Come to stay and have a different experience in the Center of the City of Buenos Aires, with the possibility of interacting and sharing coffees, talks, meals ... you will feel at home!
The location is unbeatable! This neighborhood called `Congress´ has the particularity of being located in a neuralgic zone of the City. It is surrounded by bars, theaters, famous restaurants as well as universities and educational centers. You can find a market (like Carrefour) just in the corner. All banks are located on Av. Callao, 2 blocks from here. Some private clinics and important hospitals are very close too. Main nearby points of interest: Corrientes Avenue - 100mts Callao Avenue - 200mts Rivadavia Avenue - 300mts National Congress - 350mts Obelisk - 10 minutes walking Colon Opera House (one of the best Theatres in the world) - 15 minutes walking Universities and educational centers: Centro universitario de idiomas (CUI) - 100mts. Universidad del Salvador (USAL) and Universidad CAESE - 300mts. Economics and Medicine University (UBA) - 8 minutes walking Recoleta is a neighborhood that you can walk to, it's worth it and it's very close! You can easily choose the metro (subway) to reach other areas such as Palermo, Puerto Madero and San Telmo.
