Bellinzona Boutique is a historic 1893 mansion in the heart of San Telmo, restored to offer a unique lodging experience. Every corner combines original details—wooden floors, period windows and doors—with modern touches that guarantee comfort and style.
We have only four exclusive rooms, a central glass-enclosed patio perfect for relaxing, a terrace filled with plants, and a shared living room with armchairs and a TV. Our decor and spaces invite you to connect with the authentic essence of Buenos Aires.
We offer a reception area, free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and personalized service so you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
⚠️ Important:
Bellinzona Boutique is located in a three-story historic mansion, so access is only by stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
In addition, three friendly cats live on the terrace and add to the charm of the place.
