El Peligro es un barrio rural de La Plata que combina tranquilidad, naturaleza y buena conexión con la ciudad. Ideal para descansar entre zonas arboladas, huertas y espacios verdes. A solo 2 km en Arturo Seguí tenés supermercados, farmacias, panaderías, carnicerías, restaurantes y bares. La zona también es conocida por sus floricultores japoneses y productores locales, perfectos para comprar fresco del campo. Cerca de la autopista hay buses hacia La Plata y Buenos Aires, y a pocos minutos está KM 40 ECO, un vivero con gastronomía, cafetería, bar y un showroom de decoración y plantas.
