Thank you for choosing to use ChillHouse as your basecamp for your time in Buenos Aires. Please keep in mind that the reception desk is not open 24 hours a day, so be sure to let us know what your arrival time will be so we can be sure to be here waiting and ready for you. Payment is due at the check in and can be paid in ARS pesos or USD in cash or by credit card using Paypal with an additional 10% fee. In the rooms that the AC is not listed on the characteristics, there is an additional fee to use it. ChillHouse opened its doors in 2004, but the house itself came with some pretty awesome history. What guests see now is the product of two years of love and hard work. Antoine and Esteban have put a lot of heart into restoring the house. Built in 1907 with an impressive list of owners, like the famous tango singer Carlos Gardel’s good friend Roberto Rufino, aka "the kid from the Abasto”. The space blends old school architecture with the modern comforts, and boasts two ground floor patios and a rooftop terrace (the terrace closes after 23h30).

Chillhouse has the ideal location - allowing you to discover the 3 most popular neighborhoods of Buenos Aires easily! >The Center (Downtown, Puerto Madero, San Telmo) is an easy 10 minutes away using the metro line B (2 blocks to your left) >Recoleta is a 25 minute walk (take a right and continue straight on Agüero) >Palermo is 15 minutes away on the D line of the subway. Hop off at Plaza Italia (7 blocks on your right on Aguero). If public transports not your thing it is only a 25 minute walk.
