Este departamento tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas en la ciudad, pero estando en un lugar súper tranquilo y con absoluta privacidad, tanto en el jardín como dentro del departamento. Poder disfrutar del fuego de su estufa, doble combustión a poder usar un asador con vista a un parque de 30 × 30. Y caminar 300 m hasta un río para tomar mate simplemente para pasear.
Somos primos, atentos a cada detalle para que pueda tener una estadía inolvidable en el lugar y puedas aprovechar todos los lugares que hay cercanos.
Es el sector más tranquilo del pueblo. A metros del río, y a pocos metros de la panadería principal y la despensa del pueblo.
