Como se puede apreciar, esta decorado minimalista. esto facilita la higiene en forma segura.
Al estar en la zona céntrica bancaria y comercial, cuenta con todos los servicios. La plaza, Cabildo , Catedral, Museos y Casa de Gobierno esta a menos de 500 metros, habiéndose desarrollado como zona de encuentros con restaurantes, cafeterías y cervecerías El centro de la ciudad se encuentra entre dos ríos, y a la orilla de ellos se han construido paseos lineales. El Parque principal esta a menos de 600 metros
