Modern, spacious and very bright house located in Estancias del Río, within Estancias del Pilar. Ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful and secure environment surrounded by nature. The house features a large living room with direct access to the garden and pool view, a fully equipped open kitchen, and comfortable spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Outside, guests can enjoy a covered gallery with a large dining table, barbecue area, and a spacious garden with a private swimming pool. The property is distributed over two floors and includes 4 bedrooms (including a master suite) and 3 full bathrooms, offering both comfort and privacy. Additional features include air conditioning, underfloor heating, and excellent natural light throughout the house. Located in a private gated community with 24-hour security, guests also have access to green areas, sports facilities, bike paths, golf course, gym, and clubhouse within the complex.
