It is an independent house with an equipped kitchen-dining room (refrigerator with freezer, oven and flat-screen TV), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning, heating, piscina, garage and barbecue. The location is unbeatable since it is located 50 meters from Route 38 and in front of Peko's Multiparque. Es una casa independiente con cocina comedor equipada (heladera con freezer, horno y TV de pantalla plana), 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, aire acondicionado, calefacción. cochera, jardín, pileta y quincho asador. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que se encuentra a 50 metros de la ruta 38 y frente a Peko´s Multiparque.
Kaikén Maison esta preparada con la ilusión de que se encuentren cómodos y a la vez puedan conocer mejor las Sierras de Córdoba, su gente, sus costumbres, sus fiestas, sus paisajes y su gastronomía. Las características del alojamiento pueden ayudar a conocer el lugar. Con esta premisa, hemos intentado acondicionar la casa. Esperamos conseguirlo.
A sólo 7 kilómetros de Carlos Paz, Villa Santa Cruz del Lago es uno de los destinos elegidos para el relax y la diversión sobre la costa oeste del lago San Roque. Alrededor de este gran espejo de agua, es una opción tirarse bajo el sol y contemplar el paisaje natural. Esta localidad se obtiene una vista panorámica increíble al oeste de las Sierras Grandes y las Altas Cumbres al sudoeste. Entretenimiento: Para pasear en familia con los más pequeños, esta villa serrana tiene como principal atractivo el multiparque Peko´s, un espacio turístico, recreativo y educativo. Este cuenta con atracciones para todo el público, como jardines exóticos, cine 5D, minizoo, serpentario, laberinto y recorridos guiados. Para los días de mucho calor, está el parque acuático Wave Zone, que cuenta con toboganes y rampas que descienden hasta una enorme pileta con un juego de olas extremas.
